GENERAL TICKET PURCHASES

1. The Organiser is National Boat Shows Limited, company number 556861, Marine House, Thorpe Lea Road, Egham, Surrey, TW20 8BF.   The Show is the Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show 2010.
2. Visitors will not be allowed admission to this Show without a valid ticket. Please check all ticket purchases as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

4. Promotional Tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5. Presentation of the ticket for Show admission constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions upon which the Organiser is prepared to grant entry.
6. Tickets can not be exchanged, or transferred, nor may they be resold for commercial gain. Refunds are not available on tickets.
7. For public safety, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
9. The Organiser cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by the public at the Show arising as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, or any loss or damage to personal property brought into the Show.
10. Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the Show.
11. The distribution of leaflets or any other advertising material or the sale of articles anywhere within the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden without prior written permission from the Organiser, which also reserves the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate such articles for infringement of this condition.
12. A fee will apply to each booking transaction. This does not apply to print at home tickets.
13. There is no re-admission to the Show.

1. Up to two children aged 15 and under can gain access to the Show with every adult ticket presented except for premium tickets such as the Platinum or Ladies day tickets.
2. All children entering the show must have a ticket. To ensure you get your free allocation you must either order in advance via the website or the call centre. Alternatively, cashiers at the main Show entrance can issue child tickets with the presented adult ticket.

2. Your Platinum Ticket is valid only for the date and time shown on the printed ticket.  
3. Children do not go free with this ticket, and there are no concessions or group discounts on this ticket. Children 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. 
4. The Platinum Pass Card is not valid on its own for entry to the Show, the Show Stage Powered by Fairline VIP area for the performance or Tullett Prebon Platinum Lounge so please ensure your ticket is kept safe throughout the day.
5. The ticket and Platinum Pass Card must be shown to access the facilities of the dedicated Platinum Lounge. 
6. You can leave bags in the lounge, however they are left there at your own risk. 
7. Showing the ticket and Platinum Pass Card together entitles the ticket holder to morning tea and coffee with patisseries, and a buffet luncheon, all to be consumed within the Tullett Prebon Platinum Lounge, where there is also a private pay bar service which accepts cash and cards. 
8. A glass of champagne or soft drink will be served during your pre-booked stage performance. Consumption of this is restricted to the exclusive Platinum viewing area. Alcohol will only be served to those 18 years and over.  
9. One car parking space is granted per transaction, which must be pre-booked prior to your arrival. If you require additional parking this can be purchased at the Show, subject to availability.
10. The Show Stage performance must be pre-booked. Please note that the Platinum viewing area for the Show Stage is accessible by steps. If you have difficulties in climbing steps please inform us prior to booking your Platinum Experience ticket(s) or prior to arrival so that we can make alternative arrangements if possible.  Contact the Show Organisers on 01784 223613 or during the Show 8 – 17 January please call 020 7 069 6900.
11. It is recommended that the ticket holder arrive at the Show Stage Powered by Fairline at least 10 minutes prior to your pre-booked performance time, as detailed on the ticket. 
12. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Show Stage performance at any time due to factors beyond its control. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we cannot offer you the Show Stage performance that is part of the Platinum Experience at the time specified, we will offer you an alternative performance time within the duration of the Show. If you cannot make that date or time we regret that no refunds are available.
13. The Organiser reserves the right at all times to refuse or restrict the use of facilities. The right is also reserved to evict anyone who refuses to comply with the conditions as stipulated, or who behaves inappropriately or, in any way causes damage or annoyance to any other persons.

4. This special ticket offer applies to adult tickets only and is limited to three tickets per transaction per day.
5. Ticket offer is restricted to one personnel as described above and one other accompanying adult
6. Normal gate price is £18.00
7. Ticket (s) are only valid between Saturday 9 January – Sunday 17 January 2010 and excludes public preview day Friday 8 January
8. Cannot be purchased in advance
9. Proof of current or previous service identity must be shown at cashier desk upon arrival in the form of an ID card
10. Kids Go Free applies to this ticket offer

Sunday Times Offer

2. Promotional price of 2 for £22 is available on advance ticket sales only until Saturday 16 Jan ’10 (midnight).
3. This special ticket offer applies to adult ticket purchases only

6. Ticket purchases are restricted to five pairs of adult tickets per transaction.
