Advance Yacht launch two new generators at London Boat Show 2009

NEW PAGURO 5000

VTE’s (Volpi Tecno Energia) program of continuous improvement has led to the launch of the new Paguro 5000; identical to the market leading 4000 in size and weight, yet capable of delivering 5kVA / 4kW continuous of clean 230V AC power. Improvements in efficiencies for this new model and for the Paguro 3000 and 4000 have also resulted in lower fuel consumption per kilowatt used.

NEW PAGURO 8000 VARIO

Featuring variable engine speed, the Paguro 8000 VARIO is the most powerful variable speed permanent magnet inverter generator on the market today. On test this generator has achieved outputs of over 10kW.

The engine speed is automatically increased or decreased in direct relation to the power demanded by the on-board consumers; it will deliver power up to a continuous rated maximum of 8kW at 3000 rpm and when you only need a minimum of power, the speed drops right down to 1800 rpm with an output of 2kW.

This technology will benefit users by reducing emissions and fuel consumption, whilst delivering excellent voltage and frequency stability, and a reduction in average sound. All this power in an exceptionally compact and lightweight package, just 110kg.
